The art of barbeque is perhaps the oldest method of cooking known, slowly roasting meats, seafood and vegetables over a smoldering hardwood fire until its tender, succulent and bronzed.

Everyone's idea of "proper barbeque" is flavored with memories of the local variety with which we grew up. We here at the County Grill & Smokehouse offer meats, sauces and dry rub which reflect diverse styles developed in some of our country's greatest barbeque locales.
